Guarantor Requirements:

  1. A guarantor application link will also be sent.
  2. The guarantor should be a U.S. resident with established credit history
  3. Credit must not be frozen
  4. Credit check fee: $55
  5. After Approval: A $500 initial non-refundable deposit is required to draft the lease (credited toward the security deposit after signing)
  6. Lease documents will be sent via AppFollio for electronic review and signature
  7. First month’s rent and security deposit are due within one week after lease signing
  8. Payments can be made through the AppFolio resident portal
  9. Prepayment Option: You may also choose to prepay the lease and skip the guarantor requirement. Instructions can be provided if preferred.
